Scoop up the spill immediately as much as you can. Then blot it. Do not rub as this will make it worse. Use a white paper towel or while absorbent cloth to remove the excess moisture. Then call us. Don't wait too long, because the rug absorbs the liquid (stain) and contaminate the fibers of the rugs thus more difficult to clean it and consequently costlier.
